Skyline Stakes

The Skyline Stakes is a Group 3 Australian Thoroughbred horse race for colts and geldings aged two years old, at set weights, over a distance of 1200 metres. It is held annually at Randwick Racecourse in Sydney.

The race is named in honour of Skyline, winner of the 1958 Golden Slipper Stakes.

• 1979 was a Principal Race
• 1980 – 1986 was a Listed Race
• 1987 onwards Group 3

• 1979 onwards the race has been called the ‘Skyline Stakes’.
